I recently received Beaches on Blu-Ray for review and it instantly brought back so many memories and emotions. I had not seen this movie in years and yet so many scenes came flooding back. This movie is so filled with raw emotion about friendship between two women starting in childhood and lasting through the years even though there are struggles, bumps and fighting along the way. The tear jerker end makes this a true chick flick for sure and will resonate with you for a lifetime as I can attest to.

Oh man. When I was younger my older sister would watch this CONSTANTLY! She would even play the soundtrack all of the time! She LOVES Bette Midler. This would make a great X-Mas gift for her!

I love this movie. It covers every emotion from happy to sad. I Like when they meet as young girls. And even though its heart wrenching, I love the ending scene at the beach.
I love this movie! I have a friendship like these two! We met in school when we were about 8 years old and we have been friends every since! There were some bumps in the road but we are still friends and this month we will both be 32!
I love this movie so much! So glad it is out on Blu Ray, about time! My favorite scene is when they meet. Just seeing the differences in the two little girls, and how they were able to form a friendship to last their whole lives is just remarkable and heartwarming.
