I love to bake and I have stone counters which are great for rolling out dough but it can be messy and require flour which causes most of the mess. With the Lékué 12×16″ Silicone, Clear Baking Mat, I can roll my dough without the need for flour and then just wipe it and put it away. The mat is also able to be used for kneading and can be placed on a baking sheet as well for even baking. Whether using it for a work area or cookie sheet liner it eliminates the need for greasing or adding flour. This cuts calories and time. I made some of my favorite cut out soft sugar cookies and it performed beautifully.
