Zoobies, Storytime Pals, Llama Llama Red Pajama Review and Giveaway!!!

I was thrilled to have the opportunity to review a Zoobies, Storytime Pal.  My little ones love the Llama Llama series of books and we have a plush Llama Llama in his trademark red pajamas, so when I saw the Llama Llama Storytime Pal, I chose that.  They do have so many great other choices that it was hard to choose because there are so many favorite storybook characters like The Very Hungry Caterpillar, Olivia, Corduroy, Spot, Curious George and more.

When our Llama Llama arrived my son Luke was thrilled and he had no idea that this was a 3 in 1 pal.  Luke is a blanket baby all the way and everyone knows he is our Linus. He is a very talented blanket reviewer who has the highest of taste and knows  instinctively if a blanket lives up to his high standards.  Well, when I showed him that Llama Llama had a surprise and inside he was hiding a large, super-soft coral fleece blanket with the patchwork pattern he immediately recognized from his book, he was stoked.  Then the test, was it soft enough, cuddly enough, how did it rate?  I am happy to report the plush, soft, blanket was a huge hit and took up residence right away in his crib.

I really like sharing products that make my life easier with my readers.  I was recently sent a Planet Wise Wet/Dry Bag in bumble dot pattern from Nicki’s Diapers to review.  Now, you do not need to use cloth diapers to appreciate and use this bag.  I do not use cloth diapers and yet this bag is a lifesaver.  It can be used for so many things.  I like it because I can put it in my beach bag if we are going swimming or to the beach. Then I can put the wet suits in the bag, and then in the beach bag without anything else getting wet.  It is very versatile because it has a dry item pocket too, so you can carry wet and dry items in the same bag.  It is also good for long road trips where inevitably someone’s clothes get wet or gross and I can just pop them in the bag and then take the bag in with me when we get home and toss it all into the wash.  Of course, if you use cloth diapers, you will find this bag great to store wet or messy diapers while out. The bag is also great for cosmetics, potty training, shoes, and the gym.   I love all the different patterns the bag comes in, truly something for everyone.

I was recently sent a Verilux UV-C CleanWave Sanitizing Travel Wand to review from ActiveForever.  Those of you who are regular readers of my blog can imagine how excited I was about this sanitizing wand because I am a germophobe.  I knew these wands worked, not just because the box assured me that it was laboratory tested and proven effective and kills 99.9% of germs, viruses, bacteria and allergens.  I had recently viewed a segment on a morning talk show that tested this wand in a doctor’s office.  A receptionist said she was crazy disinfecting her phone and work surfaces especially with all the sick patients coming in and out all day.  They recommended she use the uv wand to disinfect her work area.   To find out if it truly worked they swabbed the surfaces prior to and after using the wand.  The results were that all the germs and bacteria that were on the surfaces were killed using the wand.  They also showed on that same show how handy this is to have in hotels and the host declared she was not going to be traveling without one.  After seeing that show, I knew I had to have one too!                       

There is literally no time involved getting the wand ready to use.  You simply remove from the box, insert 4 AA batteries and you are set to disinfect.  The wand works with UV-C light, which has been proven to be a chemical-free method for sanitizing surfaces and other hard to clean items.  You can sanitize a toilet seat in 20 seconds without soap or water and a laptop in 6 seconds.  Do you know how great I feel to have this wand, now public restrooms can be quickly sanitized, did I mention I hate public restrooms?  Anyway,  the wand can kill dust mite and flea eggs on bedding and mattresses which is especially great when traveling.

I really like that you can sanitize items that cannot be cleaned with soap and water.  Now it is easy to deodorize upholstery, fabrics and carpets, use it on your car seats, kid’s toys, all hard surfaces, pillows and much more.  Use it to deodorize and sanitize pet beds, camping equipment, shoes, phones, doorknobs, light switches, airplane seats, appliance handles, and the list goes on and on.

Wild Dill Review & $35.00 Gift Certificate Give-Away!!! {Give-Away Ended}

I was recently asked to pick a product from Wild Dill to review.  Wild Dill was started by a mom, who was inspired by her son to create a store that reflected his sense of curiosity and wonder for everything that is natural and wild. Second I really like the quality of Sprig toys and the fact that they are made from recycled Sprigwood; a durable, kid-safe bio-composite material made of bits of reclaimed wood and recycled plastic.  They also use no paints, no phthalates or heavy metals and their toys require no batteries.  When you consider all that, what is not to like?  When it arrived my little boys were thrilled, it was played with on the lawn, in the lake and was slated for tub time later in the day.  This toy really allows their imaginations to soar.  Customer service at Wild Dill is great as well and they will do everything in their power to help you before and after your purchase.  With the holiday season fast approaching, you should give this store a good look, I know you will be impressed.

Savvycents Red Wallet Organizer Review & Give-Away!!! {Give-Away Ended}

I recently received a Savvycents Red Wallet Organizer to review.  I am not an extreme couponer by any means, and really shop more sales than I use coupons.  That does not mean I do not love this wallet.  I think from the few reality shows I have seen on TV, that extreme couponers need huge binders anyway.  This wallet is great because it holds all my debit and credit cards, gift cards and shopper reward cards where I can see them and keeps them organized.  I like that it is large enough to hold all I need it to and that it zips securely to prevent anything from falling out.  I can easily grab it out of my diaper bag and carry it into a store like a clutch for a quick purchase.  It has a nice zippered pocket on the back of the wallet that is handy as well.  It comes with labels for you to label the accordion style folder to organize coupons and other reward or discount cards.  I have been consistently using this wallet for a couple of months now and it has held up terrific, can be wiped clean and looks great.  I think this is a great wallet, that can keep you organized and you can also use the folders to organize your receipts for the month if you do not use coupons.  I highly recommend this wallet organizer.
