100% Ceramic Covered Sauce Pot

I recently had the opportunity to review a 4 quart 100% ceramic covered sauce pot from Xtrema. The first thing I noticed about the saucepot was the great shape and the weight. I popped it right in the dishwasher and it came out ready for the review. I have a gas cooktop and it performed remarkable.
