I was eager to try Bixby chocolate since they are not too far from me in upstate NY. I was recently sent a variety of bars to sample and they are like nothing I have tried before. The bars are filled with lots of delicious, healthy ingredients like dried bing cherries, walnuts, Vietnamese Cinnamon, hazelnuts, strawberries and more. The Heart’s Delight was one of my favorites, this 72% Dark Chocolate bar is filled with strawberries, Ceylon cinnamon, and almonds. Another one I really liked was the To The Nine’s Chocolart Bar which is made with organic white chocolate, pistachios and almonds; packed with colorful orange/red Goji berries that are full of powerful antioxidants. There are so many great bars even some with chipotle in them. You have to check out their site!
