Recently, I was sent a Cuisipro Parmesan Grater to review. The protective cover on this grater doubles as a measuring device. Grater has a 25 year warranty and is great for grating chocolate too. It worked great on the parmesan cheese we tested it with, fast and easy to grate a good amount very quickly. The non-slip handle and end make it very safe to use. The stainless steel blades are super easy to clean and have it ready for its next use. I really like this grater it works well is very easy to store and is a very useful tool in the kitchen.
