One of the best things about being a blogger, is being  able to help someone.  Maybe I will help them discover the perfect stroller or kitchen gadget but sometimes there’s an opportunity to be a mouthpiece for issues that are hard to talk about.  When we skirt topics because they feel awkward, it can lead to the perception that something is not common or  experienced by others.  Having the courage to tackle  sensitive or intimate topics  allows others to learn they are not alone.  When I can take it one step further and share something that can help, it really outweighs any embarrassment or uncomfortable feelings..
