“Beautiful dress but bad service”

The dress was custom fit and it actually fit me perfectly. The dress itself was also beautiful! However, the service was not very good. I emailed them several times about the status of my order and asked several questions, but every single email went unanswered. The status of the dress was always at "processing" but the dress still came to my door. It was certainly good that I happened to be home.because the delivery was COD. I WAS SO AMAZED WHEN I GOT THE DRESS IN THE MAIL IT WAS BEAUTIFUL AND LOOKED JUST LIKE THE PICTURE. MY STEP DAUGHTER LOOKED LIKE A PRINCESS THANK YOU JJ'S HOUSE. 35% return for a dress I can never wear. Although lovely, this dress does not fit and will only serve as a reminder in my closet of who not to order from... JJ's house is clearly out of touch with women and 21st century shoppers and their need to exchange or return goods. What's sadder yet is that JJ's House has lost my future business and the future business of friends and family as their products are unpredictable. We had searched everywhere for the "perfect dress"- and as a last resort decided to order from JJ's House. Very nervous about fit, quality etc. We were very pleased when the dress arrived. The shoes are very pretty! While my wedding isn't for a few months, I am very excited to wear them on the big day. I've worn them around the house a few times and may need a small insert in the back heel of one (the sizing was almost perfect, I just have one foot bigger than the other ha!). It really looks great with my dress. I think I would have liked the heel to be just a bit taller, but I'm sure by the end of the night, I'll be glad it's somewhat lower!
